respects the privacy of its members and of those who visit its Web Site.
Subject to the provisions of applicable laws, any information you submit to
the York County Chamber of Commerce will not be used in any manner to which
you have not consented. While the York County Chamber of Commerce does

company name, company address, phone number, fax number and e-mail address.
When providing this personally identifiable information, you are indicating
to us your consent that we use it in accordance with the terms and
provisions of this Privacy Policy. You should be aware that if you disclose
any information on any open forum that is hosted by the Chamber, others may
collect that information to send you unsolicited information from outside
the Chamber or for other purposes.
We reserve the option to share your contact

collect the IP address, operating system and browser software used.
Using an IP address (which is not the same as an e-mail address), we

However, in recognition of the sensitive nature of such information,
and in the event the York County Chamber comes into possession of
such information, whether through your voluntary submission of such
information in response to a special feature on the Web Site or by
receiving such information from any of our business partners, such
information shall, when coupled with any of your Personally
Identifiable Information, itself be deemed to be Personally
Identifiable Information and treated as such by the York County
Chamber.
As a general matter, Non-Personally Identifiable Information allows
us to determine how the York-Chamber.com Web Site is being used,
helps us identify popular areas of the Web Site, and helps to assess
the effectiveness of our promotional activities regarding the Web
Site.

of our users, read any data from your hard drive outside of our
cookies, including any cookie files created by other Web Sites. You
can refuse our cookies by deactivating them in your browser (for
more information on how to do this, please refer to your browser's
